In The Making
Wizz Fizz is packed on a specially designed and made machine that creates a sachet, fills it with sherbet, drops in a spoon and then seals it tight.
Our Wizz Fizz Machine can produce 80,000 to 90,000 sachets per day - that's enough to put one sachet on every seat at the MCG! It's also a lot of spoons! Wizz Fizz must be kept absolutely dry, otherwise it loses its fizz.

In The Making
We start by filling our cones with our iconic mouth-watering sherbet before toping them with a tasty marshmallow. And of course, a sprinkle of 100's and 1000's for extra deliciousness! Our sherbet cones are all lovingly prepared right here in Melbourne.
