Raspberry Sorbet Wine Spritzer
- Sprinkle half a sachet of Wizz Fizz Sherbet into a wine glass.
- Add two scoops of sorbet.
- Pour the white wine over the sherbet and sorbet until the glass is ¾ of the way full.
- Top up with ginger ale. Watch for excess fizz!
- Garnish with raspberries and the remaining Wizz Fizz Sherbet.
Fo’ Wizz Fizzle Cocktail
Ingredients
- Short cocktail glass
- 60ml Alize
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 x scoop delicious vanilla ice-cream
- Fresh lemonade
- Ice cubes
- Wizz Fizz
Method
- Add Alize, lemon juice and ice-cream to glass.
- Add ice and fill with lemonade.
- Sprinkle with Wizz Fizz on top.
- Serve!
